Group Sessions

Our Weight Loss group sessions are great for those who work well in group settings and who are experiencing hypnosis for the first time.

These sessions tend to be inexpensive and something you can repeat over and over at your convenience, however you must be available at the times the group meets, and the suggestions given are meant to serve the entire group.

We recommend these group sessions either as your first introduction to hypnosis, or as reinforcement after the deeper work has been done. Many people have benefited from this program with much success.


Weight Loss Individual Program
Our individual sessions are the most popular weight loss program. In contrast to a group-centered approach, in these sessions the weight loss program is designed for you and we individually address your triggers,blocks and emotions that have been causing you to gain weight and stopping you for losing weight and keeping it off.

Our weight loss program is a 5-session program, Session are run by the session and not by the hour! so take into consideration between 2-3 hours when coming in! In each session we are working with you personally to overcome challenges and blocks that may be stopping you from reducing the weight completely and reaching your goals.

We recommend the program to those who like individual attention, and who would like to go deepen their relationship with themselves and with food – this program takes you to a whole new level!

A Proven and Scientific Approach

In 2001, The University of Washington’s School of Medicine found that after a 6-month follow-up, hypnosis to stop smoking had a 90.6% success rate. Smoke Free International found that people using hypnosis in combination with NLP had a 95% success rate of stopping smoking. Here is some of the other research supporting hypnosis as the most effective way to stop smoking:

”Hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking, according to the largest ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit. A meta-analysis, statistically combining results of more than 600 studies of 72,000 people from America and Europe to compare various methods of quitting. On average – hypnosis was over three times as effective as nicotine replacement methods and 15 times as effective as trying to quit alone.”

About The Alternatives

What are the alternatives? The alternative most promoted is nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). That means patches, inhalers, sprays and gum. There are a lot of side-effects associated with these products, and they don’t work very well. In a recent comparison of several studies, it was found that nicotine gum or patches only had a 5% to 6% better rate of success than the control groups. That’s not very good is it? Why would anyone spend all that money with a low success rate like that?

And what about Zyban (originally marketed under the brand name Wellbutrin as an anti-depressant). Several studies show that Zyban is not much more effective than placebo, and for those that are able to quit with this drug, about half will start smoking again within one year. Plus there is a long list of possible side effects, and a prescription can cost over $200 a month!

Other things that people have tried include acupuncture, massage, a chiropractic adjustment… but none of these things are proven to consistently work.

The Details

Our smoking cessation program is a 3 session program. After the first session, you will walk away a non-smoker. On the second and third sessions, we reinforce the changes that you have made and lock in your desire to live free of being controlled by cigarettes. Our program is incredibly successful, because our intention is not to have you quit for a month or two, but to remain a non-smoker for the rest of your life.
